Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at this resort was quite disappointing. While the grounds of the property are pretty, the service was terrible and the noise from nearby construction was unbearable. The rooms were not as advertised, and we faced multiple issues throughout our stay. I had high hopes, but I feel misled about the quality and comfort of this supposed resort.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The lush tropical yard with beautiful flowers and a spacious luxury bungalow were highlights. However, the staff seemed unfriendly and the dining options were quite mediocre and expensive. Also, the beach left much to be desired with trash and lack of maintenance.
I enjoyed my stay due to the beautiful tropical surroundings and the spacious bungalow, but the overall experience was marred by several disappointing aspects. While the amenities like the pool were fantastic, the lack of attentive service and the early closing times for dining facilities really detracted from my enjoyment. Additionally, the staff could have been more engaging, which is not what I expected from a resort.
My stay at this resort was quite mixed. The tropical garden area is lush and beautiful, perfect for relaxation, and my room was spacious and clean. However, there were significant issues like the mosquitoes in the room and a broken door lock that really took away from the experience. Additionally, the restaurant was mediocre, and the staff did not seem very accommodating or friendly during my stay.
I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately, it fell short on multiple fronts. The rooms could have been nicer, but the lack of cleanliness and the overwhelming presence of construction made it unbearable. While the garden area seemed to have potential, the overall maintenance was lacking, and the dining options did not meet my expectations. The staff was trying, but the overall management doesn't seem to care about guest experience, which is disappointing.
